Returns & Exchanges

At Circle B we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. We have established policies and procedures to establish a fast, fair, and easy process to ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly. Also for any issue, including a return or exchange you can call anytime during our business hours and talk directly with Pat or Sean.

US RETURN POLICY

1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.

3. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box).  Boot and hat boxes must not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, please make sure you prepare your return in a way that the boot or hat box is not damaged or a $10 fee will be applied to the refund.

5. From the time your item has been received in our warehouse, please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as your return is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.

6. If you purchased online and want to return it in a store, you may do so for a refund, an exchange or store-credit.

7. If you are exchanging we will ship your replacement item to you at no additional charge once per item per order. If an exchanged item needs to be exchanged again on the same order then a $15 fee will be charged.

8. Clearance items are not returnable.

6. If you are exchanging you will be responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the exchange back to you. Please contact us ahead of time for a shipping quote. Your exchange will not be shipped back until we receive the payment for the shipping.

7. We are not responsible for lost items once the tracking shows they have left the United States.
